Returns and Refund Policy

When Can You Return an Item    
 

We accept returns of the item:    
 

Is unused, unwashed, and in original condition    
 

  • Has all tags, labels, and packaging intact  
  • Has not been worn, altered, or damaged  
  • Has a return request submitted within 48 hours of delivery  
  • If these conditions are not met, the item may not qualify for a return.  

How to Start a Return    

Step 1:  Send a Request  

Email us at brininnovation@gmail.com with your Order ID and the reason for your return.    
 

Step 2:  Attach Photos  

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, include clear photos to help us review the issue quickly.    
 

Step 3: Wait for Instructions  

Once we review your request, we will share the return process and steps to follow. Returns that do not follow the guidelines may be declined.  

Refund Process and Timing    

Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect it to make sure it meets all return conditions. You will be informed whether your refund is approved or declined.    
 

If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will also receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.  

Partial Refunds    

If the returned item only meets some of the return conditions (such as missing packaging or slight wear), we may issue a partial refund based on the situation.  

Items That Are Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect    

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include clear photos or a short video of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
